Phenomenology, Be Easy focuses on the present moment. The exhibition explores what it means to hold grief and gratitude at the same time—missing people, moments, and past versions of the self, while also being thankful to still be here, still creating, and still supported by community.

Rather than offering resolution or answers, the work centers on attention: noticing what is being experienced as it happens, without rushing to fix or move past it. Be Easy functions as both a title and a directive—a reminder to soften, slow down, and allow grief to exist without shame and gratitude without guilt. Created through sound, image, memory, and the body, the work is grounded in lived experience and reflects the artist’s practice as a multidisciplinary artist and DJ.
