About the event
Parks & Rec is building a creative community through immersive nightlife experiences that synthesize art, music and dance, at the direction of NY-based mixed-media artist Quiana Parks.
A painter, sculptor and elite NYC DJ, Parks creates the visual aesthetic with her paintings and visuals, and sets the musical tone on the decks with the help of friends like A-Trak, Just Blaze, Moma, and a rotating cast of the best DJs in NYC.
Parks & Rec is about pure creative expression, recognizing the top DJs and artists in their fields and giving them the space to offer fans their unmitigated vision of a dance party. There is no theme, no format. The only rule is to be open to the unexpected, and willing to follow the artist where they want to take you!
